Keterangan/Tugasan Kerja:
To assist the Company Secretary and Company Secretarial Executive in:-

Meeting coordination, minutes preparation and minutes writing.

Proof-reading corporate and statutory documents.

Handling correspondences, updating secretarial files, statutory records/books and so forth.

Kelayakan/Cara Memohon:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Law or equivalent.

Candidate should possess basic knowledge of Company Law & able to operate MS Office.

Required languages: fluent English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executive with ICSA qualification or specializing in Law/Legal Services.
